The property is located in Via Annunziata, a side street of Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II, commonly called “Piazza dell’Orologio” from the ancient sundial that dominates the square, together with the majestic Chiesa Matrice, formerly the Cathedral of Polignano, dedicated to Santa Maria Assunta. From Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II you reach the beautiful balconies overlooking the sea and the Arch of the Marchesale, also known as the “Porta Grande”, access point to the historic center, once the entrance to the city.
